Behind every workers’ comp claim is a recovery that can either stay on course—or get more complicated with every missed step. Medical case managers help keep that from happening, stepping in when an injured worker needs more coordination and a clearer path forward.

This session explores the different ways case management can be used and the four stages that carry a claim from referral through follow-up. We’ll cover when it makes sense to bring in a case manager, what qualifications matter, and how new technology is changing the way care is managed. Most importantly, we’ll look at why timing matters and how much can change when the right support gets involved early.
