The Coalition Against Insurance Fraud welcomes media inquiries and takes great pride in serving as a resource for members of the media.

To protect the reputation of the organization and trust of its members, before granting an interview, the requesting party must acknowledge and agree to the following:
Interview Parameters:
- The Coalition will not comment on specific individuals, entities, cases, ongoing investigations, litigation of any kind or proposed legislation the organization has not reviewed
- Interview questions must be submitted in advance
- The interviewer agrees to provide the Coalition with a copy of the published story (print, online and/or video) upon request
Content Integrity:
- The Coalition will record all interviews to maintain a record of the information shared
- Statements made by Coalition representatives are not to be taken out of context, edited to support unintended narratives, or used in a way that violates our Media Interview Policy
- We reserve the right to request removal of our comments if used out of context
Request Process:
- To request an interview, please complete our media interview request form
- The Coalition will evaluate requests within 1-2 business days of submission

Spokesperson Availability:
- Coalition representatives will conduct interviews Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Virtual interviews are preferred; however, in-person requests will be considered with advance notice
Attribution & Branding:
- The organization must be referred to by its full name – Coalition Against Insurance Fraud
- Quotes must contain the full name and title of the Coalition spokesperson
- Use of the Coalition’s logo and organization description may be requested, but is not guaranteed
