Under Pressure – How Societal Shifts Impact the Day-to-Day of Surveillance Investigators

We’ll explore how proactively assessing the complications brought by each societal shift allowed us to meaningfully and practically update our operational standards and field guidelines to meet today’s new challenges. Not every surveillance company has evolved to meet today’s landscape, and this course aims to expose the harsh truths behind diminished outcomes and educate claim professionals on the importance of working with investigative partners who are socially aware and have evolved to succeed now and in the future.
